BIG-BAG emptying stations

BIG-BAG emptying stations are used to empty giant bags with bulk materials or granules. The BIG-BAG is placed with a forklift or hoist on the vibrating plate of the emptying station and the discharge sleeve is clamped into a special pot with a dumping hopper, which guarantees dust-free emptying. The whole frame is made of solid steel structure which can stand on strain gauges if necessary. The material from the BBES can be further transported by mechanical conveyors or it can be connected to pneumatic transport.

We deliver emptying stations for BIG-BAGs in several versions, taking into account all customer's requirements, e.g. mobile, combined ones, also for emptying open bags, with massage blades, disposable BIG-BAGs, etc.
