Our filling stations are of robust structure with minimal moving parts and suitable for various types of BIG-BAGs and for various applications. Any conveying device can be used for filling B-Bs, most often a screw or vibrating conveyor, downpipe, etc. We can adapt it to your requirements for all types of BIG-BAGs and applications.

With a simple BBFS with manual control, the operator must mount the BIG-BAG on its hanging straps, fasten the filler neck with a manual clip, remove the filled BIG-BAG, load it on a pallet and perform all other related operations. The performance of this kind of filling depends, of course, on the skills of the operator. If higher performance is required, we can automate the individual operations up to the state of a fully automatic filling station.

We supply fillers and complete packaging lines, from simple to fully automated systems in pre-made open or valve sacks made of paper, polyethylene, polypropylene fabric and other materials. We deliver several types of packaging stations suitable for different types of materials with different physical properties and different performance. The equipment can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories.

Bulk raw materials that enter the process at the beginning of production and are delivered in bags or BIG-BAGs need to be effectively removed from these packages. We use emptying stations for this. Depending on the performance, they can be manual, semi-automated or automated ones, and their price depends on that. Because there are many types and sizes of packaging - open bags, valve bags, disposable BIG-BAGs, BIG-BAGs with four hanging straps, with two hanging straps, etc. - the design of the emptying station is based on the used packaging. The design must take into account a lot of criteria, such as safety, ergonomics, reliability but also, above all, a dust-free condition, so that the entire content of raw materials enters the process without contamination. Therefore, these devices are often supplemented by screens and magnetic separators. Disposable packaging is preferably compacted using bag compactors.
